Todd revels in empowering our customers to achieve their goals with MPulse Software.
Originally hired as an MPulse sales representative, Todd has been the driving force behind building MPulse’s world-class support, training, and services team. Todd has hands-on knowledge of real-world maintenance issues, learned through hundreds of projects training and consulting MPulse customers in dozens of industries.
Todd is a die-hard Washington Commanders fan, through good seasons and bad. And when he’s not hard at work, he loves to travel and spend time with his family.

Kathy has spent 24 years in the software industry. She puts that experience to work providing world-class customer service for thousands of MPulse customers. Her current role as the Customer Care Manager involves managing the company’s software Maintenance & Support Program.
Kathy prides herself on being the ultimate “customer advocate,” and ensuring that every customer gets individualized personal service and the right products they need to succeed.
When not providing amazing customer service, Kathy enjoys working as a mixed media artist/teacher and spending time with her dog Rosco on the Oregon coast. She is a DIY home remodeler and loves scavenging recycled building materials at local sustainable building and secondhand stores.

Sheri has over 18 years of experience managing the offices and accounting of growing businesses. Currently she keeps MPulse’s Eugene office running like a well-oiled machine. Sheri joined MPulse in 2009 to oversee our HR, accounts payable, accounts receivable, training support, event planning, and logistics.
When not at the office, Sheri enjoys the outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She also loves gardening and gathering with family.

About Colleen Bement
Colleen Bement brings a rich blend of leadership and expertise to her role as Head of Sales and Marketing at MPulse Software, Inc. She is committed to guiding her team in delivering top-notch CMMS solutions to a wide range of clients. Colleen is the driving force behind the company’s revenue growth and plays a multifaceted role to ensure the success of sales and marketing operations. With a strong focus on building relationships, driving results, and leading a high-performing team, she has consistently delivered outstanding outcomes.
Background:
Colleen holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining MPulse, she gained valuable experience in various roles that have honed her skills in customer relationship management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Takes full ownership of revenue-generating activities, developing and executing strategic sales plans that consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Team Leadership: Directs and mentors a dynamic sales team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, product development, and customer success to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Colleen is passionate about driving business success through strategic sales initiatives and adapts to various roles within the company, contributing to the overall success of MPulse Software.
Resilience and Learning
In December 2022, Colleen underwent brain surgery to remove a benign meningioma. Despite the long and challenging recovery, she has returned to her role, fully engaged and as passionate as ever.
Outside of MPulse
Colleen is married to Sean McCarthy and is the proud mother of a 4-year-old son, Colin. She is on the board of the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center, has three dogs—Sam, Grace, and Maverick—and enjoys playing recreational volleyball.
Women for Economic and Leadership Development
Colleen is an active member with a passion to support female leadership development and business growth. She has participated in the WELD Pathway to Management program and has been a speaker at the National Leadership Conference, sharing insights on strategic thinking and leadership influenced by her personal health journey.

Christina Thomas, as the Director of Support Services at MPulse Software, Inc., has been an integral part of the company for over 6 years. Her expertise lies in leading the Support Services team with a focus on excellence in customer service and continuous improvement in support operations.
Background and Experience
Christina has dedicated the past 4 years and 8 months to her role as Director of Support Services. She joined MPulse in September 2017, initially contributing her skills in Usability Support and Software Education. Based in the Eugene, Oregon area, Christina has played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s customer support experience.

Garrett Green, the Chief Technology Officer at MPulse Software, Inc., is a technically minded problem solver known for his holistic approach to troubleshooting. With a remarkable ability to facilitate conversations between stakeholders and specialists, Garrett is a champion of business-focused IT solutions, firmly believing in the simplification of tools to enhance user efficiency.

Garrett has been a part of the MPulse family for over 12 years, showcasing his skills and
dedication in various roles. His journey with the company began as an intern in April 2011, where his passion for technology and problem-solving quickly became apparent. Garrett’s expertise and commitment to excellence saw him rise through the ranks, from Support Engineer to Senior Support and Infrastructure Engineer, and then to Director of Infrastructure before assuming his current role as CTO in August 2023.
